How a call-out works

Quotes and pricing

The price is agreed with you on the phone before a unit is dispatched. It only changes if the job turns out to be different from what was described, and we will tell you before we continue.

Payment

Card or cash on scene, or invoiced on agreed terms for business and fleet accounts.

Arrival times

The arrival time we give is our best estimate for the roads at that moment. Traffic, weather and the order of calls already in progress can change it, and we will let you know if it does.

Your vehicle

Vehicles are recovered by trained operators with insurance in place. Please tell us about any existing damage, and remove valuables before the vehicle is moved — we cannot be responsible for items left inside.

Safety on scene

Please follow the operator's instructions when they arrive. If you are in a live lane, call 999 first and stay in your vehicle until the scene is made safe.

Cancellations

Nothing is charged if you cancel before a unit sets off. Once a vehicle is travelling to you, or the vehicle has been loaded, the agreed price applies.
